We were shopping for a 2010 Subaru Legacy Sedan that we had already chosen at another dealership and contacted Mike via email. His response was immediate. He did not attempt to cajole us into making another choice or attempt to add lots of options we we did not want. Instead he found exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted and in less than 24 hours we were sitting at his desk making our deal a reality. He suggested doing some of the info exchange over the phone on that first day which seriously expedited the purchase process. We were impressed with his efficiency, his honesty and his professionalism. He was extremely attentive and made the whole experience pleasant. Because of our experience with Mike and later with Scotty ( same style and efficient service which was truly appreciated as well) I can tell you uneqivocably that I will return to Mike the next time I need a new vehicle and I will tell anyone and everyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle to do the same. He is knowlegable in both sales and service and such an obvious asset to this dealership I have to wonder why he isn't running the whole sales team! But what do I know? I'm just a completely satisfied customer....
