Bill Bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep would like to introduce the all new and upgraded 2011 Dodge Nitro. Originally just a concept car in 2005, it made it's big launch for retail in 2007.
The Dodge Nitro is a compact SUV sharing the same platform as the second generation Jeep Liberty. The Dodge Nitro incidentally was the first compact SUV Dodge made since the Dodge Raider was discontinued in 1990, it also became the first modern Dodge branded vehicle to be sold in Europe.
The Dodge Nitro was released with a RWD (rear wheel drive) system or a optional four-wheel drive package. The Dodge Nitro also comes optionally equipped with SUV Class-leading 5,000-pound towing capacity, safety features such as electronic roll mitigation, traction control, sliding cargo floor referred to as a Load 'N Go and side curtain airbags. Similar to the Saab 9-5 the Dodge Nitro has a floor that can be extended through the rear hatch by 18 in to ease loading; of course the real attribute of this SUV is the aggressive hot-rod styling, completed by a bulged muscular appearance and pronounced fenders.
